I Caved

And it wasn't pretty. Saved some FMU from this morning and tested it when I got home tonight. BFN.

Thought maybe it was just that saving it (in the fridge) affected it somehow, so decided to test fresh. BFN again.

I know it's not totally over, there's still a chance that it could turn up BFP later this week. But if it's supposed to be at 50 on Thursday, that means it's supposed to be at 25 by tomorrow morning, which means it should be at least around 20 at this point.

And that, I would think, should definitely show up on a test. It was a FRED, not a dollar store one, and I've gotten a faint line on a FRED before and had a beta drawn a couple hours later that turned out to be 5...

I'm just going to keep chanting that it's too early, it's too early, it's too early. And that will make it so.

Hang tough.

I saw the title of your post and literally held my breath. I really really really hope that it was wrong or too early or something! I HATE this.

I'm really sorry, Rebecca. I hope it's too early, too. I was in the 2ww with you and was slowly going crazy with the nausea and everything too, but tested BFN last night. I really hope it's just too early for both of us. This sucks!

That's cr*ppy news! Tho', as you probably know, I've been researching early betas to a point where someone might give me a PhD if I wrote it up, and I keep reading about late implanting embryos and tests not turning positive till a week after 14dpo. I also came across something very interesting about very early implanting embryos being less successful - all my previous ones gave me symptoms at about 8dpo and I even got a positive at 6dpo once - all doomed. Hang in there - am still crossing everything (which is making typing tricky!).

I keep thinking of you and checking in and checking in again...hoping you've posted, hoping the news has changed, hoping you're ok. This is so, so hard.
